For farewell parties for important people, we recommend the "Traditional Japanese Course" where you can enjoy the techniques of our chefs to your heart's content.This is a course of eight dishes prepared with the utmost care by our chef, including a sashimi platter of fresh wild fish and a small hotpot of delicious dashi stock that changes with the seasons.
